Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled treatment time without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment time. Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated and may incur a fee. Payment Payment can be made either directly or through the website booking system. All payments must be received and cleared at least 48 hours before the treatment start time to secure your appointment. Failure to provide cleared payment within this timeframe may result in the appointment being released or cancelled. Medical Questionnaire All clients are required to complete the online medical questionnaire prior to any treatment. This information is essential to ensure treatments are carried out safely and appropriately, allowing us to identify any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or contraindications that may affect your treatment. Treatment cannot proceed until the questionnaire has been fully completed and reviewed. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. If there are any changes to your medical history, health status, or medication since completing the questionnaire, these must be disclosed before your appointment.
